How can I submit my project?
You need to fill out the on our website. Please note: We need to get all information for in-depth consideration of a project as well as fair and detailed evaluation. We recommend you upload a presentation with a detailed description of your project including key metrics.
What criteria should my project meet?
Your project must be available on Google Play. We consider projects in Early Access, soft launch, and MVP. We accept applications from developers residing in the following countries and regions: Russia, CIS, Western Europe, Turkey, Israel, Middle East, and Africa.
How will the project be evaluated?
We evaluate a project on the totality of metrics provided in your application. Authors of the most promising projects—in the Google & MGVC jury view—will be invited to the closed Demo Day. We reserve the right to determine the number of these projects based on the quality and quantity of applications.
How many projects will be selected for Demo Day?
We will select up to 10 projects depending on the quality and quantity of applications. The number of projects analyzed on the Demo Day event can be increased or decreased.
How will I know if my project is selected for Demo Day?
We will email authors of selected projects. We can also send an invitation on the phone, so we recommend you fill out the phone number field in the form.
What is Demo Day, and it will be held?
Demo Day is a closed-door online event where projects preselected by Google-MGVC jury members will be provided an assessment based on key metrics and information from their applications. Each project will get expert evaluation and recommendations, and other participants can ask questions via chat of the online conference. Demo Day will be held in invitation-only Google Meet format (available via web version).
Apart from Demo Day, we will host closed one to one meeting with finalists whose projects the jury finds the most interesting.
Who can participate in the Demo Day conference?
Authors of projects with invitations from organizers can participate in the Game Drive Demo Day conference.
When is Demo Day?
The event will take place on November 18. The timing will be sent with an invitation.
What is the spoken language of Demo Day?
We are planning to host Demo Day in English. Educational program is a series of online events with invited guests and different topics related to game development including game design, marketing, and other important parts of developers’ work. In every session, you can ask questions and get answers from experts. Check out schedule updates!
Which countries can participate in the program?
We are currently accepting applications from studios residing in the following countries and regions: Russia, CIS, Western Europe, Turkey, Israel, Middle East, and Africa. We are going to expand the geography of participants moving forward.
In what language can I apply?
We consider applications made in English.
What are the participation criteria?
First of all, Game Drive is not a competition but an Accelerator, created to help mobile game developers on different levels of game development where we see growth potential. In the walls of this accelerator, we evaluate not only the product side but also product marketing potential in the market and provide each of the finalists with expert feedback on each of the growth points. Our goal is to share our expertise and help mobile game developers release new hit games on the mobile market!
